I’ve always been a storyteller - the kind who notices the small details, asks deep questions, and sees the poetry in people. I’m endlessly fascinated by what makes us human - the elements that make us love each other so deeply - and I bring that curiosity and care into every ceremony I create.
This work is my calling. It’s part celebration, part honouring, part deep listening. And I couldn’t be more grateful to do it.
I’m Hannah - celebrant, writer, speaker, trail runner, dog mum and eternal believer in the magic of human connection.
I became a celebrant because I believe in joy, meaning and in the power of pausing to say: this moment matters. In a world that often rushes past the sacred, I help people reclaim it - with words that reflect who you truly are, and ceremonies that feel like coming home. Whether we’re celebrating love, saying goodbye, or welcoming a new soul into the world, my job is to hold space; warm, grounded, intentional space - where you can laugh, cry, and breathe deep into something real.
Meet your celebrant
Holding space for life’s most meaningful moments.
A bit more about me...
I’m based just outside the Lake District - I moved here to be closer to the hills and the trails that inspire my out-of-hours activities.
I’m an adventurer to my core - I’ve run marathons, ultra marathons and crossed mountain ranges on foot. It bleeds into everything I know and love.
My favourite things are simple - slow mornings, sweet orange oil, coffee out of the percolator, morning kisses from my dogs, feeding the birds, the first tulips of spring, warm sun on my face and cooking for my friends.
I have an open-door policy, so if you prefer to meet me in person before your ceremony, then pop in for a coffee - there’s always biscuits!
I write every ceremony from scratch - no templates, no tired scripts.
Let’s work together
If you’re looking for a ceremony that’s more than just a script - one that’s rooted in meaning, and carried with heart - I’d love to hear from you.
